Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 310win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the 310win website, mobile platform, or any associated services. By creating a 310win account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including date of birth, full name, address, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Responsibilities

Once your 310win account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. This responsibility is absolute — 310win will not accept claims that activity was conducted by an unauthorised third party unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly through our live chat support team.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 310win. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 310win will permanently close all associated accounts and may void any winnings, bonuses, or balances held across those accounts. Players found to be operating duplicate accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all bonus winnings forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 310win login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor allow any other individual to access or use your 310win account. 310win recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You are obligated to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your address, contact information, or associated payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. 310win may require re-verification of identity following significant account detail changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

310win supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through a comprehensive range of Pakistani payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All financial transactions on the platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player has specifically opted to use USDT TRC20, in which case the USDT equivalent of the PKR amount applies.

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposits page within your 310win account and may vary by payment method.
• 310win does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside 310win's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your PKR wallet as soon as confirmation is received from the relevant payment network — typically under 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• 310win reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction that appears to originate from a payment method not registered in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. 310win may request your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status and transaction history.
• 310win targets withdrawal processing within a few hours of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

310win offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL cricket betting specials. All bonuses are awarded and playable in PKR. The following general terms apply to all 310win bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant bonus. Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in individual bonus terms — typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live dealer table games.

• Bonuses are issued on a per-account basis. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated bonus winnings forfeited.
• 310win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted in good faith by eligible players.

Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the 310win platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, andar bahar, and instant games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game results are determined entirely by these certified RNG systems and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factor.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, 310win's system logs will be used as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed due to technical error, the relevant stake will typically be returned to the player's PKR wallet. 310win's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

Sports Betting Rules

The following terms apply to all sports betting activity on 310win.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• 310win reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or limit bet sizes on any market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, 310win will apply the settlement rules stated for the relevant market at the time of betting. Where no specific rule applies, unsettled bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error by 310win (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price) may be voided. 310win's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bet acceptance is subject to data availability and network latency — 310win cannot guarantee acceptance of every in-play bet request submitted during live events.
• 310win employs fraud detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns. Any account found to be engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit pricing errors will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 310win platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on 310win.

Amendments to These Terms

310win reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 310win will not apply changes to these Terms retroactively in a manner that is materially detrimental to players who have already accepted bonuses or placed bets in good faith under the previous version of the Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
